Ok, so I caved in and set up another account just for putting photos on. Mostly this is because I'm amassing them at a terryifying rate and also because they are so instantly pretty and bright- I love my new camera and I love taking photos.

I'm using a FujiFilm Finepix S5600, 5.1 MegaPixels. Not hugely expensive but I think it gives up some great pictures.

Editing wise, I'm mainly using Picasa with Adobe Photoshop for the fiddly bits. BTW if you aint packing Picasa and you do have a little free time to spend getting it in order, it's a beautiful programme. The first time I opened it it took about half an hour to load all the damn pictures on my computer and then the same again for me to sort them out later on. (It turns out I have an awful lot of duplicates I didn't even know about.) Once it's sorted though, phew! It's what a computer should work like nowadays; gorgeous to look at- every menu slides in and every window glides open- it's very visual, pretty self-explanitory, sleek and smooth and gloriously functional. It does what you want it to do and it does it well.

In case you hadn't noticed... I love Picasa.

So, I hope I get a few bodies stopping by to look over my pictures and maybe even use something somewhere.
